Ingredients for Thai Pizza
Pizza shell 14 in.
MagniFoods® Chicken Breast Strips w/Rib Meat, Garlic Flavor, 30076, thawed 8 oz.
Thai peanut sauce, ready made 3 oz.
Thai red curry paste 1/2 t.
Coconut milk, canned 6 oz.
Cornstarch 1 T.
Water 1 T.
Unsalted peanuts, chopped 1/2 c.
Cilantro leaves, fresh, chopped 1/4 c.
Scallions, chopped 1/2 c.
Bean sprouts 1 c.
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 c.
Salt and black pepper
Procedure to make Thai Pizza
Warm peanut sauce and coconut milk in medium saucepan. In a separate bowl whisk together the cornstarch, water, and red curry paste, add to the peanut sauce. Bring to a boil to thicken and then remove from the heat and allow to cool. Spread the peanut sauce over the pizza shell. Place peanuts and cilantro on crust. Sprinkle cheese evenly over crust. Place scallions, chicken and bean sprouts on top. Place in preheated 450° F conventional or pizza oven and bake 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
