Ingredients for Taco Pizza con Chorizo:
Taco pizza sauce
Refried beans 3 oz.
Taco sauce 1 c.
Pizza sauce 1 c.
Pizza shell 14 in.
Tezzata® Chorizo Pork Topping, 10017, thawed 12 oz.
Mozzarella cheese, finely shredded 9 oz.
Tomato, diced 8 oz.
Lettuce, chopped 4 oz.
Black olives, sliced, drained 1 1/2 oz.
Cheddar cheese, shredded 5 oz.
Choice of taco flavored or tortilla flavored chips, lightly crumbled 3 oz.
Additional tomatoes & olives for garnish
Procedure for Taco Pizza con Chorizo:
- Mix refried beans, taco sauce, and pizza sauce together in small bowl.
- Place crust on pizza pan and spread pizza sauce evenly over pizza shell, up to ½-inch of edge.
- Spread meat and mozzarella cheese evenly over crust. Place in preheated 425º F pizza oven.
- Bake 17-20 minutes or until pizza is golden on the edges and crisp underneath.
- Let pizza cool 2-3 minutes.
- Cut into slices; then sprinkle with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and cheddar cheese in layers to create a “taco” appearance.
- Garnish with more tomatoes and olives as desired.

4 ounces Blue cheese dressing, bottled
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
8 ounces chicken breast strips, seasoned with garlic
1/2 cup celery, chopped
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions for blue cheese chicken pizza
Mix blue cheese dressing and hot sauce in a bowl.
Spread blue cheese dressing evenly over pizza shell, up to 1/2 inch of edge.
Sprinkle on blue cheese crumbles. Arrange chicken breast strips and celery evenly over pizza.
Cover pizza with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
Place in preheated 450 F conventional or pizza oven and bake 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.

Bell pepper, green, diced 1/4 c.
Bell pepper, red, diced 1/4 c.
Red onion, diced 1/4 c.
Provolone cheese, shredded 8 oz.
Jalapeños, optional 1/4 c.
Cilantro leaves, fresh 1/4 c.
Procedure for Chicken Fajita Pizza Recipe
- Mix salsa and pizza sauce together in a bowl.
- Spread sauce evenly over pizza shell, up to 1/2-inch of edge.
- Place chicken,peppers, onions and jalapeños (if desired) evenly over pizza surface.
- Sprinkle on cheese.
- Place in preheated 450° F conventional or pizza oven and bake 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
